Model CHD Tubing Spider is developed to handle tubulars ranging from 1.315” to 5.1/2”, this spider can be operated manually as well as pneumatically. CHD Tubing Spider has a rated load capacity of 125 Tons.
Autobahn Industries has a valid API-7K License for Tubing Spider and it is made in accordance with the API-7K specification. Spider is made from high-grade alloy steel, Each spider is heat-treated to enhance its mechanical properties. We ensure that the spiders are of the best quality for which we do tensile tests, impact tests, magnetic particle inspections, proof load tests, and many more applicable and required testing, and a strict inspection is done to make sure only the best ones are supplied to customers. Through years of experience in manufacturing a wide range of spiders, we improved our spider’s mechanical properties and made it a very user-friendly tubing spider.
This spider may be used on a rotary table with an adapter plate that fits into the square drive master bushing or pin drive master bushing, centering the Spider on the rotary table. This also permits the manually operated Spider to be rotated.
Note:- Hydraulic Spiders are also available on request within the shortest lead time.
