Transocean has announced that its 5th-generation semisubmersible rig, Deepwater Nautilus, will join Japan Drilling Co. Ltd (JDC) under a new contract worth $153 million. Built in 2000, the rig is known for its robust design and advanced capabilities, making it a key asset in deepwater exploration worldwide.
