Featuring enhanced wraparound insert designs, Autobahn’s Manual Drill Collar Slips prevent bottlenecking and gouging damage while providing superior contact and vertical load distribution for drill pipes. Each slip segment is cast with an extra-long back, offering maximum support to the circular button-gripping elements. The multi-segmented drill collar slip is manufactured from heat-treated alloy steel, ensuring exceptional wear resistance and maximum load-carrying capacity. Strong and balanced, these slips are designed to minimize crew fatigue and maintenance, providing extended performance.
Our slips are meticulously designed and manufactured in accordance with API-7K Specifications. Drill Collar Slips are available in three types, accommodating all popular drill collar sizes ranging from 3” OD to 14” OD.

- Drill Collar Slip are used with Slip Bowl No. 1,2 & 3
- Slips come with taper; 4 inches per foot on the diameter as per API-7K specification.
- Segments have extra-long back ensuring sufficient strength & support to the inserts.
- Slips are made flat on top to ensure smooth fitting of the multi-purpose clamp.
- Circular Buttons can be replaced at the rig site itself in a very short time by simply removing the locking arrangements & retainers.
- Products are manufactured in accordance with HSE guidelines.
